Description
Second printing stated. A really nice copy with only some tiny bumps / creases to 3 of the 4 corners. And yea, it’s a second printing…but it’s a good one to grab and fill the spot in your collection until you can find the first.
The title poem centers around just another day with Buk and Jane. If you’ve never read the poem Fire Station, now you can. Bukowski Fun Fact 43: the SRO where Jane lived out her days still stands (as of this writing) on the northwest corner of Vermont and Beverly, across the street from the Union 76 station. It’s boarded up, so who knows how much longer it’s got.
